Yes I believe so but not really applicable all the time. Why I am saying this is because I have known several people who worked and live successfully in their lives with no degree attached to them. I knew one very wealthy man in our place, he doesn't have a degree but he owns 3 shopping malls in the city.

We all know that education is very important. There's a great article about the value of education, you might want to read dong: http://www.keydegree.com. As much as possible, we have to have education even though it's expensive. This is one of the best ways to be successful if a person knows how to use it and be hardworking.
There are cases wherein someone became successful even without the degree, I salute him/ her specially if he/ she did it with perseverance, honesty and trust in God. I just hope he/ she went on the last step of the ladder without cheating.
Have a nice day!

Yes education and hardwork could very well lead you to success. But in few cases there are those who lack education but was able to reach success simply because they are hardworking. I know someone in our place who was not able to finish his primary schooling but he was so hardworking and from there he was able to succeed in his junkshop business. He is now among the richest in our place. But I believe it is better to have education coupled with hardwork. People without education and yet succeeded are rare cases and it will really require a lot of sweat!

Hi Dong,
As truly said by someone, "Dictionary is the only place where success comes before work. Hard work is the price we must pay for success." As per me sucess comes to those who have good education, are ready to give in their best in all they do and have a positive attitude towards life. Also people need to have gratitude towards others who have helped them to climb up the stairs of success.....

The truth is pretty simple, you must have an education and be willing to put in the effort to obtain success. However, if your attitude is horrible it will catch up to you. I know a few people like this- they are very educated and will work really hard (long hours, weekends, etc.) but because they can't form the ability to say thank you and please they have NO respect from their co-workers and after a while I have noticed that starts to put a damper on their willingness to go above and beyond.
I don't know that there is an exact formula for being the best employee. boss but I do know that if there is no mutal respect- people start spinning their wheels.

I think having a good education is a stepping stone for success but it doesn't mean that if you don't have any education you can never be successful.I believe that its a matter of hard work to become successful regardless of having a degree or not.I known some people who have no education but very successful in life because of hard work.I also known some people that were successful because they had earned a degree and used it to become successful. So being successful is from hard work.
