Many a times when friends are seated down somewhere you get that all their conversation will not end without discussing one of their colleagues, Is this human nature to talk about others, or is it jealously that lead people to discuss others. Can we resist not to discuss others on a bad light or negatively

I mean if you will be talking with other people as an example but not for a negative reason to destroyed them but to encourage other people not to do things that would certainly destroyed their life and to be aware of one's mistake...

One best solution to that old bad habit of people is to remember the golden rule " Do not do unto others what you do not like others do unto you." Certainly I would not want people talking anything bad about me at my back and therefore I should also bear in mind that other people feel the same way.so, if I do not like that to happen to me... why would I do to others. Simple! By remembering the golden rule, then we could discipline ourselves from slandering other people.
