Geting automaticaly forwarded my emails from old id to new email ID?

hi friends I have recently got my new email official Id from my company. Earlier Iam using my yahoo mail id for my mails. Since new id is official ones . I would like to all my mails coming to my yahoo id should to come to my new off icial mail id automaticaly. Also I would like to get my contact adresses and old mails to be transfered to new Id. I did not know whether it is possible or not. i will be happy if any of my friend can help me with their suggestions.

I think you can only do this if you can access your yahoo mail through a POP3 email client like outlook express, you can only use this if you have a paid yahoo subscription. This is tedious and require you to use filters to forward/resend your mail to your company mail account. Contacts can easily be done by using Import/export.
If you are using the free account - just the web mail, then I don't know how you can do it. Maybe its more appropriate to send your new email address to all your contacts so that they will be updated and use(or cc) your new address.
