What to do? How to do it?

See I joined weight watchers and lost 15lbs but I got kinda board and tired and now gained 9 of them back. Why is this so hard? What can be done? How to do it?

never get tired of what you are doing, you should push push and push.for example dieting, people just do it because "they have to" but i suggest that, talk to yourself and do what you really want. do not think of dieting and excerciseng as somethings that you have to do, think og it as something that you really want to do. a part of changing yourself and lifestyle as a whole being. cheers! :)
