Marketing spend for wholesale banking in Africa

Based on best practise internationally, I'm trying to understand what the budget for marketing spend for Wholesale Banking into Africa should be. This is either a percentage of income or turnover. What is currently the trends in USA, UK, China, Australia and South America?
