stop smoking. need idea's on what i can do? anyone else trying to quit?

I can't take the drugs that other people ues has I take med. that don't mix with the drugs to help ou to stop smoking. So now I'm smoking outside instead of inside and that is going ok for me. But still haven't Quit. Maybe when it get's really cold and I can't go outside. But I tried that last year didn't work. Is anyone else trying to stop smoking? I am in the same boat with you...I at least have cut way back. I have certain times when I do try to quit...then fall back so I am not help to you! I did the same thing last winter....smoked outside. But since there is no one to offend here I started smoking back inside the house!

That is what I did. I mean my son didn't like it but I told him to pay rent and I would stop. He never said another word. Well, now I'm still trying to cut back then stop. I wish some people would stop saying nasty things about us smoker's at least I'm trying to stop. Your friend onlydia1 person likes this

Smoking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. Try them and make a great change in your life.
