Microsoft Download Notifications

HI, Everyweek I get this sent to me via email...my question is do I need to download any of these programs for my Dell? I want to download what is needed but, it seems I mess up my computer when I download some of their recommendations....what do do? Many Thanks!!!

I would not download them if their coming from an email link. It could be a virus. You should get updates to download without even going to your email as long as the internet is working.
