a friend sent me an email containing this message of how to save yourself from heart attacks when you are alone just so you can have time to bring yourself to a nearest hospital nearby your location. i thought of sharing this to anyone here in mylot. when you are experiencing a sever chest pain radiating out to your arm and up into your jaw, DO NOT PANIC but start COUGHING repeated and very VIGOROUSLY. a deep breath should be done before each cough. it must be deep and prolonged as when producing a sputum from deep inside your chest. a breath and cough must be repeated every 2 seconds without let-up until help arrives or until the heart beat starts to beat normally as it should. RATIONALE FOR THIS: deep breaths gets oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeezes the heart and keep the blood circulating. the squeezing pressure on the heart helps regain the normal rhythm. well i hope this has helped anyone out here and has added you another learning. have a good day and happy mylotting!
