I have 4 children and am not as slim as I was after I had just one. Before children I weighted 125, now I weigh 140:( I don't think that having children makes you slim or heavy. It all depends on your eating habits and your exercise.

I agree with Jammy. I have 4 kids and still 115lbs. My genetics play a part in that. I never really gained a lot of weight. I did tip the scales at 216 at delivery for my 2nd child. She was my smallest baby too. But here I am still the same size as I was in high school. My mother is tall but skinny too. I hate her LOL. I got all the stretch marks and she has not one and 9 kids. I guess she lost her boobs too, so I got one on her. I don't recommend doing this to find out though. Genetics and exercise have lots to do with it in a lot of cases!

I only have 1 kid and some of my baby fats are still present! LOL!
I have a classmate from HS and she's been thin ever since. she now has 3 kids with about a year gap alone for each. She is still as skinny as ever! I think this really depends on how the mother takes care of her body. Also, it can be genetics that a person does not gain much weight.

the infamous baby fat...man i tell you I never understood it until I'd gotten one myself. I always just thought when someone mentioned it to me, 'hmm, just work it off'...because that was routine before kids...but I go to the gym and will lose in places everywhere but this pooch of a stomach.
