Can someone explain how surfbars work?

I'm really into ptc sites and survey sites, but I just heard about surfbars and that they are good for making money. Tell me what you know about them and your experiences

I dont know what kind of surf bar are you using, but one time I tryed one.. I was a scam.. I am from brazil, so there are not so much bars able for my contry.. Be carreful, there are a lot of sites scaning and some of them has virus!
