How do you react to the coments of your neighbours which are not pleasing

We come across many types of people who comment on various activities of us. How do you react to the people who do adverse comments on you which may be pleasing to you

happy1201 hi when people react negatively to me, that is my neighbors, I just ignore them and go about my business. I cannot control how they feel about me and so I just must ignore them and not let them make me bitter .

If they are commenting straight to my face i just speak back to them , if they are indirectly poking me with their words , i just reply them with a smiling face lol.. i dont allow others comment on be badly , if they are elders i speak to them in good manners but tell them that im hurted because of their words
