Nit-picky, demanding, and overworked. And I work for myself...lol

my boss is so good....he is understanding and most of all he is approachable boss for me..........

I work for a Stud farm, in the capacity of Chief Veterinarian, where we breed the Throughbreds for the purpose of Racing. In our business everything changes within few days. The cost of your foals increases dramatically if the foals from your farm are doing well on the race track or Vice Versa.So with the huge amount invested in this industry one always faces the feeling of insecurity about getting price for the livestock being bred and also being a live stock industry there are alwayschances of mortality and morbidity! Inspite of all these set backs I find my Boss very balanced, facing the situations very bravely and he is very practical and considerate. Almost every one from the Staff loves him for his generocity and kindness! As a answer to your question - I would put my boss as"TOP" T - Tactful O - Optimistic P - Practical Thanks for the discussion! I liked in participating in it !

he is kind, considerate,and responsible boss and if he has some extra money he would love treating us a lunch or dinner

Manipulative, conservative and paranoid. It's kinda hard to work with these kind of boss if you ask me.
