It is according to where i am and what i am doing. I don't think that bending on your knees is a requirment to praying. I think God will hear me regardless.

yes it is not a requirements to bend our knees when we pray its about the heart to heart talk to god and being thankful that he always protect us in any ways.

I used to, because that is what I was trained to do. Then I just stopped praying all together because I figured it didn't matter anymore

It matters not 'how' one prays - but THAT one prays. I just talk to God as I would my dad or my best friend. God knows your heart, and the one thing God really hates is "religion!" It is RELATIONSHIP that He seeks with us. Just ask Him to reveal Himself to you, and open your heart and life to Him. It'll make a big change in your life. He loves you so much more than you could ever comprehend.
