What is the very first thing you do when you wake

in the morning, and the precise last thing you do at night before going to bed?
The very first thing I do in the morning when I wake up is get out of the bed, then I go to the bathroom, next I feed the cats, then I check my bank statement online, then I call my mother and make coffee for my husband.
The last thing I do before going to bed is go to the bathroom, before that I brush my teeth before that I say good night to my husband.
What is your order of doing things before and after sleep?

the very first thing i do when i wake up is yawn. lol. i do some stretching and then i try to sleep again and if i can't, i take a bath.

Yawning is always a good sign that you are awake

The very first thing I do it stagger to the bathroom. I normally have to go pretty bad when I first wake up. After that I get my son up for school.
At night the last thing I do it cover my kids back up before I get into bed. They are both terrible about kicking their covers off and then being cold in the middle of the night.

When I wake up I lie in bed for a while thinking about the day ahead and what needs to be done, then I go to the toilet and then go downstairs and make myself a black coffee to waken me, have my cereal which I then take upstairs and eat whilst I turn my computer on and read my emails. Before going to bed I will turn off my computer and switch it off at the mains to do my bit for the environment, I hate leaving gadgets on standby, I will then brush my teeth and get into bed.

nice question..first i will see my mobile..is there any missed call or message for me...if there is a missed call i will call that number and i will ask about it..if i had any sms i will reply to that..after that i will come out of my romm..i like this things..usely i want to wak up at 6am..still im trying for that...have a nice time in mylot
