I often find that people have a party in their homes withplenty of music, noise and laughter lastinglate into the night, but the neighbours have to bear the brunt, inless they too are invited. how do you ensure that the neighbours are not inconvenienced? Do you warn them in advance or appologise to them the next day? Do you actually owe them an appology?

Well when I party we always go to a friends that lives in the country and not near any neighbors. We always have a good time I love my friends! And also at my other friends we just party in their garage and do keroke. The neighbors never seem to mind. We do it every weekend.

Not disturbing your neighbors while partying is a very difficult thing to do. Partying involves noise. A solution would be to invite them. You can also change the venue to a place far from sleeping neighbors. My brother was once given a subpoena by our neighbor for being too noisy while partying.
