I have seen these emails in the past, but haven't gotten one lately. My kids are thinking about doing a project on the phenomenon of the brain finishing words in a sentence, but I can't find out what it is called. I.E. Tday is the bst day! It is gong to be snny and wrm. Our brain automatically does a spell check, and we are able to read the sentence. Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Yes I know what you mean. We see what is meant not what is there. I have no idea what it is called but it must be something to do with knowing a language well. We do spell check the word and we also put it into context so that we get the right word. I have done search on the internet and I cannot find anything about it, sorry.

I haven't been able to find it either...oh well, it is a reality whether it has a name or not! THanks for responding!
