Hi ya Anne18 How's things apart from your nut problem? Could you use some currants, sultanas or maybe some chopped glace cherries? Not point in asking me really I haven't got a clue, just wanted to say 'hi' but I have not long pulled a banana and walnut loaf out of the oven, now that impressed you didn't it?

Do you have grapenut cereal or any other cereal with a course texture. That should work. Good Luck

You dont have to, you can just add a bit more flour and thats it.
