Has anyone else seen Zeitgeist, the Movie and/or Zeitgeist: Addendum?

They're documentaries distributed for free via Google Video, concerning the American economy. They're very convincing in their theories and contain a lot of factual information. You'll definately learn something about how the American economy works (and fails). I was wondering if anyone else here has watched these videos and what you think of them? Everyone I know in real life who's seen them has absolutely loved them, except for my hardcore conservative father. I find it to be a view-altering experience. It's definately shaped the way I look at America and my political standpoints. It's quickly becoming a famed series, receiving a five star rating on Google based on over 30,000 reviews. I can't even begin to imagine how many people have watched it. So, in short, what is your opinion on the information this documentary brings to light?

hi i haven't seen the entire documentary yet but i would when i have time. a friend told me about it and asked me to check this website: www.zeitgeistmovie.com i was having goosebumps when i watched it. i felt that all the things that's happening in the world is a huge joke! i believe we really have to make this life more worthy of living rather than what we're getting now.

I've just seen Addendum last evening, it was GREAT I have known some of those things since I've studied Economics, including how the monetary / banking systems work, and also some of my teachers mentioned those very paradoxes presented in the movie (about debt and interest) - but they were just in the back of my mind, I didn't realise the full implications of them until Zeitgeist. This only improves my determination to 'exit' the economy, and get some other types of survival skills, and most importantly move the hell out of this country, to some tropical paradise and / or somewhere closer to nature, jungle, and more tribal communities, and focus on inner growth and development
