Contracts?

South Africa

Hi YOU LOT I was thinking about the way I.M. have changed its payout scheme. When you sign up on a PTC site you enter into a contract with the site owner you then WORK for the money you earn. By clicking ads, advertising for refs and all of this is a cost to you. So a FREE site is not all that free. Here in South Africa bandwidth costs a small fortune. But imagine this you work at your job that you contracted to do and the boss comes along and says sorry I am not paying you this month I will pay you in 3 months time or he says I wont pay you unless you pay me to give you a mangers Job. We would all be very upset about this. But isnt this just the way PTC sites treat their workers? Makes you think doesn't it Jim

Oh I TOTALLY agree with you!!! In fact I posted a topic on their forum to the same effect, i.e. imagine if you have a factory, everyone does their days HARD work, then they refuse to pay you because you aren't PAYING to work for them... Anyway, surprise surprise, my topic was deleted lol. I was reading some of the forum posts, and I'm quite disgusted with the way they are treating people. I saw one post where someone requested payout in September. By the time Isabel Marco came up with their new policies it was already past the 30 days TOS in which they were supposed to receive payout, and they hadn't. They posted asking IM (Isabel Marco) if they now need to upgrade to receive that payout (they would therefore upgrade, costing $9.00, to receive a payout of $9.09...). IM responded, in large font and red letters, that yes they did. They then asked IM if, should their payment again be delayed past the TOS payment time, they would need to pay for ANOTHER month to receive their payout. IM responded saying, basically, well if you're only upgrading to receive payout then we don't want to pay people like you. Oh my... What I cannot quite believe is that there seem to still be masses of people who trust this bunch, and are 'investing' money with them! The mind boggles!!!
