How do you get visitors?

Do you have a website or a blog where you have installed Adsense?
If you do have Adsense or ads from any other network, how do you promote your website / blog? We all know most of the ways to do so, like posting comments, backlinks etc.
Please share if you have any more ideas to share your website.

We both are sailing in the same boat mate. I too donno how to exactly go about it. There are many who keep advicing a lot. But its actually we who have to do tht work.
