Buzzing Cabbages?

Hey people. No, I didn't grow a beehive in a bunch of veggies lol. I was wondering if you have ever said something just to be odd, and in another context it sounds really off the wall? Earlier, well yesterday technically, my fiance was calling us a cab to go to dinner. Just before he called, I was asking him if he was calling, but instead of saying calling the cab or something, I said "Buzzing Cabbages?" I realized after I said it how strange it sounded and later logged into my Windows live account with that as my name for a laugh, and I did get a question or two. Now, for those who don't know, sometimes buzzing someone is synonymous with calling them, and my friends and I out of either boredom or weirdness or something weirder still, possibly a combination of all of the above, sometimes add ages to the end of our words. I dunno why but it's a strange little habbit a lot of us have. So that's why I said that, but it still sounded strange. Anyway, sorry for the long winded discussion, but back to the main question. Have you ever said something like that which you and the person you said it to knew what you meant but sounded really odd if put into a different context? Did you realize it before or after you said it? What was it and what was the situation, and did you share it with others later? It's funny how we always seem to have interesting and odd quirks like that. lol
