What is your national animal?

I live in the USA and I'm pretty sure our national animal is a bald eagle. Your national animal is way cooler than ours...{:| if they were to come face to face the tiger would probably crush it with one strike of his paws..Then probably swallow it whole in one gulp. Why couldn't we have something cool as our national animal like a panther or a shark maybe an alligator...and if it has to be a bird I wish it could atleast be a falcon or something. I don't know if it's just me..but a bald eagle just dosen't seem that threating or cool and you hardly ever see a bald eagle anyways(atleast where I live) ,I guess a bald eagle isn't an animal I can look at and feel a sense of pride...for some reason?
