are YOU a WONDER MOM?

Wonder Mom is a weekend morning show here in my country...i like watching the show because it is informative, entertaining and very helpful for me as a mother...they tackle real life topics and scenarios of ordinary mothers like us and also the problems that we face everyday.
Now back to my question: do you consider yourself a wonder mom?or you are very like me?struggling to get by everyday..and at the end of the day very tired and wasted and then wake up in the morning to start the day again as it has ended yesterday..now do not get me wrong..i love my kids and my family and i am doing everything i can to make things work at home with the three little kids..so that is why i am trying to be a wonder mom...strong enough, wise enough, loving enough and fun enough for my kids...being a MOTHER is a toughest job i have had so far.

I agree with you... motherhood is the toughest job a woman could have... and i think all moms are wonder moms in their own right... i take care of a daughter... do all the house hold chores... and i have a job... so i can consider myself as a wonder mom... but i love my daughter so i am willing to do everything just for her...

so you work double...i have done that for 4 years but stopped because nobody will take care of my 3 small kids that is why i stopped and i hope that things will get better for all of us.

if you plan to be then that is nice and be physically strong and tender in heart...that is just my advice.

I think you are asking the wrong people. Ask your kids if they think you are a WONDER MOM...I am told all the time that I am super mom. I cook with my kids do crafts and all the fun stuff...plus I clean, I'm on the PTA, I do the cooking and shopping for christmas and all that stuff. My kids love me and my husband is happy and everyone is fed and that is all that matters to me.

as for now i cannot ask my kids yet because they are still very small and i started this discussion based on the tv show that i watch every weekends, the hardships and difficulties that mothers have to undergo for playing their role in life as a mother..i am just emphasizing here how great a mother can be it is difficult but the most rewarding job on earth.

You are right being a Mom is the toughest job but it is the noblest! I could fully understand what you just discussed my dear for I am a mother myself. It's really tiring and stressful to tackle all the loads of a mother in a day. Hahhhh! This is the reason why we should be strong. We have to eat healthy food and do regular exercise everyday to keep ourselves fit. We also need to give ourselves the necessary break when we feel we are already beginning to surrender. We all deserve a break afterall! I believe each Mom is a wonder Mom in her own special way. Well indeed some are not that healthy, some are not that vigorous...some have weaknesses...some are far from being perfect.. but the tough role they were able to manage each day despite the odds is enough to earn them the title Super Mom!

i totally agree with you..and mothers can understand other mothers very well.
