do you believe in photography?

No I think photography is a big conspiracy by the oil companies, really its some twelve year old in china drawing pictures and putting them on a paper that they claim came off of film.

I'm a believer! Photography has changed the world and the way we understand art, history, philosophy, science and medicine. Whether the still image or the moving picture, silver salts or digital pixels or whatever is the next incarnation, photography is at the heart of our culture, shaping the commercial world and the aesthetic.

It's been around since the 1800's, so scientists everywhere pretty much agree that photography does in fact exist.
