I can only recommend neobux and oldschoolbux, since it's still paying me fast and doesn't require you to upgrade to be paid, unlike the others who does require you to buy premium membership. Most of my favorite sites are now turning into scams, I can't recommend them for now you might be disappointed.

They're still new. They still have to survive the test of time. Remember willj who sold his ean3 and extra10 to the GPTnetworks. But for now it's still paying.
