Are you a condiment freak?

Everytime i go and get a sandwich at subway my wife puts everything she possibly can on her sandwich just to make it a huge sandwich. I put some stuff but not a whole lot of everything possible. Is anyone else a condiment freak like this and restaurants or fast food joints?
