How do you know you had a good night's sleep?
Do you know that nearly 60% of the population is plague by problems in sleeping? They are having problems in going to sleep and staying asleep.
Here are some tips that I've read that would make you have a GOOD night's sleep.
1. Make your bedroom a stress-free, sleep only zone.
2. Keep your sleeping quarters cool and dark.
3. A caffeine-free drink may help drift you off.
4. A warm bath or aromatherapy might help too.
Good night!

i know there are so many things to do...but still, your body needs a lot of rest.... or they will come a day that it would fail to function as it should be....

yeah, we have a body that is "trainable" so to speak.....if you make a pattern, your body follows that NOT unless you make an effort to change it....

I'm having problems sleeping esp. lately. I can only sleep on my sides because of my pregnancy. And the further I get, it just gets harder to get comfy. I have to change sides slowly, get in bed slowly, and get out slowly. It just doesn't feel comfortable sleeping. But I do sleep throughout the whole night, I guess because I'm so tired.

If I get up early, before the alarm clock, and I'm ready to take on the day! That's how I gauge it!
