Do you know of any survey sites that will pay me, even if I don't qualify?

I am very interested in joining survey sites. But, I really would like to know the ones that will pay me just for answering a survey, even if I don't qualify for one. I don't just want to do one and then find out that I don't qualify for one, this leads me to no payment. I would like to get paid just for my time, not for my qualification. What survey sites pay like this? I really would like to know the ones that do. Is this even possible?
