Have you ever accidentally threw money in the trash can?

No, I've never done that myself. But I do recall one Christmas back when I was probably nine or ten years old (1995-1996). My family, immediate and extended, were doing the whole family get-together fun. A relative had given me ten dollars and somehow we had missed it in the envelope and my mother threw the envelope in the fire with the $10 bill with it.

I am lucky not have this happen to me. But I have many times had my note money washed in the pocket of my trousers.

hehehehe yes!!! when the money was on receipt,i rolled it then i throw the reciept and just found out there was money on it.

Yes, I have and luckily I've retrieved it. Once, years ago, I remember washing some bills, but, it came out okay. Now that's what I call laundering money! LOL! Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija

I have not that I know of, but my wife has. My wife's parents gave her a $100.00 for Christmas one year. My wife through away all the wrapping paper and tissue paper and stuff. The next day she remembered the $100 bill, but she remembered that she never seperated the bill from the rest of the stuff, she should have put it in her purse right away or in a drawer or something, the $100 bill was nowhere to be found, and she realized that she must have thrown it in the garbage. She was so upset about losing money and she looked through the garbage as best she could, but still could not find it.
