Do you like munching on snack candies while reading?

I like Bridge Mix. It's chocolate covered nuts, jellies and soft caramels but the only really good bridge mix is Brach's. The other brands aren't very good.

i love drinking tea if i read a book or eating something salty.

Hot Tamales are good! I also like Red Vines, or Twizzlers if I can't find the Red Vines. Spiced gumdrops, yum! Now you've got me craving some candy!

I'm munching on M&Ms right now as we speak. I do this all of the time when I'm reading something, although I don't read unless I think it's necessary, like reading discussions on Mylot, (Good Example) or reading instructions on how to put up my baby's swing set, or if I'm reading the Bible, oh I have another one, I also like reading baby books to my little girl because she loves to listen and learn, and try to eat the book. When I was in elementary, I was one of the best readers in the classroom, kinda weird for a person whose not the biggest fan of reading huh?

Yes, too much LOL. I snack on sweets, salty, whatever I'm in the mood for. I put it in a little bowl, like a cereal bowl - sometimes smaller. If I ate it right from the package, I probably would eat way too much. But, yes, I do like to snack while reading.

I do most of my reading at night right before I've go to sleep... by this time, I have already brushed my teeth, and therefore don't consume anything (other than water if thirsty)! Either way, it would provide unnecessary distraction for me, and I like to focus 100% on the book as I have trouble dividing my attention between snack foods and reading. So no... I do not normally snack while reading.

I have a horrible secret habit that I picked up when I was a teenager...in my days of Doritoes and Chocolate milk...I love to snack and eat when I read. In fact most times, if I'm not eating at a table (like in my chair or at my desk) I will have a book propped open and reading. I even have a pic of my niece at about 4 when I walked in the kitchen during her lunchtime and she was eating and trying to read my current book...upside down. I wondedr if your hot tamales is like our red hots here, they are little red candies that are spicy like cinnamon, I love to make apple sauce and put some red hots in as it makes the sauce a pretty pink and very tasty too. I also love circus peanuts, big yellow colored peanut shaped marshmallowy things so good.

I like the fattening things like chocolate almonds, and whoppers(chocolate covered malted milk balls)my favorite. It's kind of like watching a movie with pop corn. It's just not as much fun as when you have a snack to enjoy. leenie

I love to much when I am reading. It's got to be Jelly Belly's though. For some reason it is like a habit. If I do nothave any Jelly Belly's then I will settle for Fruit Loops. I know that sounds wierd, but i live the crunch of fruit loops. Oh-and my dogs won't leave me alone when I eat fruit loops. It is kind of a mind less thing when I am reading. It has to be something that isn't messy or complicated, because I am thinking about the book and not the food.

When I'm studying, I find I cant concentrate unless I'm eating. I usually put on so much weight at coursework deadlines lol We dont get hot tamales in the UK, but a colleague brought them over when he went on holiday and I tried them They're the strangest tasting things I've ever had. I like the cinnamoness of them, but the spiciness is all a bit surreal lol.
