How should I solve my work problem?

I have worked as a salesman for two months. Athough I get well along with colleague, I am still afraid of my future in the company. I graduated from school a year ago. When I went to some companies to interview, I did not pass. First,I was not talka -tive. Once meeting the important situation, I would be nervous with nothing in the brain. Second, I had no experience without passing CET-6. At last I went into this company by the introduction of a person. When I worked, a girl was coming here. She was a open- minded girl who worked very hard. The company includes two factories. I worked in the new factory. The person who introduced me often come here to help us dealing with business. Because we are not fimiliar with the business. The person taught the girl how to make document. The person told me to contact with clients, not to be limited by making document. So she never taught me. We send Email everyday. But the girl is busy making document.I just skan website and traslate something about product.The boss asked me to reply the Email. But she always reply instead of me.The boss began to pay more attention to the girl. I am afraid that I would be fired sooner or later. The girl is so flamboyant that I feel offensive so much. I never be willing to lose. She just a girl, I am unbalanced. Once I just wanted to work hard and have a happy mood. Now I must work more hard than the girl, or I will be fired one day. HOW SHOULD I DO? MY FRIENDS!
