What kind of milk do you drink?

Nonfat, 1%, 2%, whole, or some other kind of milk? When I was younger I only drank 2%, but now I only drink 1%. 2% tastes ridiculously thick now, but I still kind of like it.

I am from India. In India inspite of availability of Skimmed milk and toned pasterised milk with various levels of fat in it available in market , people still prefer to have whole milk in raw form from Local milk man. This is basically I feel, because we have largest cattle population in the world scattered all over the country including urban and rural areas. So people prefer to have whole milk if available! I am also one of them. I stay quite away from township so it is not possible for me to go to local booth to get pasteurised milk of various grades, so I get whole milk for our family and for my five Dogs which are also fond of whole milk as they love to have the milk fat in their diet what we locally call as 'Malai'. Thanks ! It was an interesting topic of discussion to participate in !

That's very interesting - thank you for your post. It's not every day you learn something about milk!

I don't really drink much milk, I don't like it. But, when I do, I prefer to drink skim milk.

I prefer 1-2%. Though I"ll get skim just because it's cheaper and my #2 dc guzzles it like crazy! Not that I can totally complain cause it's better than soda or juice.

I take whole milk as my body is short in fat. I am under weight and doctors ask me to take whole milk. Also I too like whole milk.

I drink 2% fat milk, however, I used to drink the whole milk. I use half and half light cream in coffee and tea.
