Sometimes people get fed up and go the the verge of committing suicide or turning insane because of the complications of life. Why can't life be more simple as it was in the olden days when people lived in a hut? You hardly had to worry about anything. Is complication a result of progress?

well the "hut" days werent so great either.. there were animals that were eating people.. no protection (compared to now) against natural disasters and no knowledge of them coming.. diseases and people dying of something simple.. it comes down to the older days being hard on body easy on mind now its hard on mind and easy on body.. im sure every one would choose differ based upon different reasons but i choose now instead of hut days haha and people have been going crazy and killing themselves since time has begun..

mercuryman hi I dont think things are really more complicated' than they were in the olden days. we just replaced one set of complications like dying of diseases, and not enough food with new sets of different complications. and a lot of time we have only our selves to blame for the mess we make of our lives.Every age had its own worries beleive me.
