Its been a dilema in the Philippines every year, There are lots of graduates in a prestigious universities, colleges and schools, but people who had been graduated do not have Job to fall in. There are no jobs available for them, even second degree courses experience these, what is rampant now are those call centers all around but these are not there expertise. YOu do you have a job that is suited to your course?

Yeah, nowadays call center is the most and I think easiest way to earn money. Even undergraduate can earn as high as those professional or even higher unlike in hospitals, that's why most of the newly board passer nurses are commonly seen not in the hospitals but in the call centers as agents. The reason why is that, here in the Philippines, it is so DIFFICULT for newly nurses to find a job in the hospitals. Most of the hospitals here will require an experience for them to hire a nurse. But how can a newly nurse will acquire that "experience" if most hospitals will never give them a chance to do what they've learned in school? We are all aware that there is a large demand of nurses abroad, but how come here in the Philippines most newly nurses are having difficulty to find a work? Who will took the blame for this? is it just that we have so many nursing school that produce large number of nurses every year? or is it that most of the hospitals here are taking advantage of those student nurse whom perform mostly the task of a staff nurse for free, or those who are willing to give their service for free [VOLUNTEERS]just for the sake of having an experience.
