What is the Best Dog Breed?

i want to buy a dog with a very good breed. i actually like all breeds but i want something that is very special and i dont know which one. please help.
my choices were:
1. basset hound
2. afghan hound
3. collie
4. alaskan malamute
5. great dane
any other suggestions?
