Mom hates boyfriend

We came to the stage where in my mother dislike my boyfriend. She felt like he was stealing me away from the family. I learned this from my sisters. I know that it was entirely my fault since I was spending too much time with him. We were new then and could not seem to be away from each other. Now that we are almost 3 years, we're giving each other space to be with our families and I think mother doesn't hate him that much.
Have you gone through a relationship where your family disapproves?

well ... usually our parents think for our own kindness ... they never think it is from themselves, but you're almost 3 years with him, i think you should introduce each parents with his family, this might be useful for your relationship, and maybe can change your mom's view if she knows the fact that your boyfriend is a good man for you after meet his parents ...
