THE REPO MAN!!!
I was furious! I just spoke to the car company and told her I sent in a payment. They took the car! I felt worse because my dear husband had to catch the bus at 5:37am!!! I'm not sure if I want the car back.
At least they called us and asked if there was anything we needed to get out the car!
Has anyone ever had their vehicle repossed?

Omfg are you kidding me?! Thats crazy! Not only that they operate like that (cause they do all the time) but the fact that they repoed the car regardless of your sending in a payment..Poor hubby too....that must have started his day off just rotten..So can you get the car back?

WHAAATTT?! THATS CRAP!! have you missed or been late with payments before or is this the first time? wow thats just stupid! greedy it seems to me but i also dont know anything about leasing cars either but regardless, if this is the first time its happened you'd think they would try to work with yuo not against you ya know..what abunch of b.s

No I have never had a car repossessed, I am sorry to hear this. I can imagine that to be a very horrible feeling. If you sent the payment off do you think they will return the car or your payment, I know you said you didn't want it back but think about it you will be without a car and it will go against your credit ratings. If you don't want that one back the best thing to do is to purchase another one before it is too late and it reaches the credit department.

yes after I filed chp 7 a couple of years ago about 8mths afterwards they come and got my car, but I already had another one and was not using it so it really did not matter.
