Is it true that you have to upgrade to premium membership at Isabelmarco in order to receive payment ?

It is true. And this is the beginning of the end for the site. Anyone upgrading now is throwing good money after bad. Because the site will soon be completely gone along with any upgrades.

I read this in the writing on the wall. Any site who arbitrarily stops paying it's free members will not last very long. By the way, I had requested my payout long before this new "rule change" and it is absolute fraud to suddenly decide that I won't be paid after I did all of the work that was required for payout.
