I recently went to the cinema to watch Death Race and I was not disappointed. The plot is as follows. In 2012 the United States economy collapses and at that point inwards life for everyone is just not the same anymore. Once a NASCAR champion Jensen Ames (Jason Statham) hits rock bottom and spends sometime in prison. However this was not your average type of prison. The prison is run by Wardern Hennessey and she has created the worlds most popular pay-per-view sport. Basically it's a kill or be killed car race where inmates race against each other for their freedom. If they win 5 races they are free to leave the prison. The cars are built in with machine guns, fire throwers, missles, napalm and no rules.
