why neobux can't cash out via paypal ?

i am member at neobux. and i have 40 rent referral and 2 direct referral. today my money at the site is $3.1 and i want to cash out. i would like to cash out my cash, the options are sent via alertpay only. in the lst week i can still cash out through paypal.
WHY now only through alertpay ?
i don't have verificated account alertpay.

You will have to cashout via AlertPay, and this account doesn't have to be verified.
It is a shame, I am gutted abou it. I have 7 direct referrals, and 240 rented ones, and have almost $10 in my account since cashing out (with paypal!) early yesterday.
It's a shame that they've lost them, but I know that they will try everything they can to get them back.

It is the problem of neobux and paypal. You can pay out through alertpay. I think there is no problem even if your alertpay is unverified.

i don't know but whats the problem through alertpay.its nice too.use this friend.then transaction into paypal if you needed.how many payments do you receive from this site.tell today.how much time you will spend on this site.

I'm not verified through alertpay either and I don't have a problem transfering to another account or bank. I think it's when you want to have them wire transfer or send you a check when you have to be verified. Have you asked them about this?
