A glass of water drunk in the morning, is good for your health?

A glass of water - A glass of water in the morning is good for health.

Recently, I read an article in a local magazine, saying that when you wake up in the morning, if you drink a big glass of water, is good for your health. It helps - to clean rubbish from your body. - to dilute your blood. helps to prevent blood-clotting. - helps to ease passing out of droppings. ...... Do you agree? What's your experience?

I think it sounds logical, I know a lady who used to always drink a glass of warm water in the morning and one in the afternoon, recently in another discussion someone said it was a good thing to have a glass of water before you go to bed, that also sounds logical as we do sleep for hours...

I agree. Our body needs a little energy to pick up through to the afternoon. Cold is great since it'll revive the body awake. For some reason my metabolism is usually much faster because I'll get hungry quick. I can hear my stomach growl before lunch comes around. So I guess, more than a cup would also be good since with a little fluid the hunger pain won't be so much.

Yes it is and I agree 100%. I used to do that but now I will drink my lacto fiber health drink first then I will drink another glass of water and then more water later and more water throughout the whole day. It does cleanse your body and for me its guarantees bowel movements.

I think that is a good idea. I don't drink enough water, but I am trying to drink more. I don't know why I don't hardly drink water. I just don't. I do know that water is good for the body.

Water is kind of imporant part in our body. No water,there will be no life. Water is good for your health. If you often drink water, the cycle of blood will be more active. Some young women start to drink more water everyday. Because drinking water could keep them a good shape. Drinking water could also solve many illness. If you get prostatits, the docter will advise you to take more water. It can help diminishing. The rubbish will be discharged following urine. Meanwhile, drinking more water can help keeping a good mood. If you are depressed in spirit,you should drink water to get rid of bad mood. I hope that the people who are tired of work drink more water. Drinking water in morning is the best. The people absord the water much more than the other time. After drinking water, they will have enough energy to work. So the habits are the key to health. People need water as well as food. The people will own vitality.
