adhd meds good or not?

I have a step son that has been diagnosed as adhd. His mother had him on medication for it. We have now had him for the past 2 months straight. He has not been on his medication and seems to be the same as he was while on the pills. I know that there are some pills out there for adhd that turn the kids into zombies. What are the thoughts about the meds for adhd?

I think that you should see if he REALLY has ADHD. Teachers, parents and Doctors are very quick to label children. Luckily for you if someone has ADHD it can be proved by a brainscan.
