Fate vs Free Will

Do you believe your life is mainly determined by destiny (fate) or the decisions you make (free will)? After reading the play, "Oedipus Tyrannus," and watching the movie, "Sliding Doors," I believe fate is more influential than we think.

i think wut i'm going to say is not new ..coz life is all determined by the somebody who lives it..u make ur own life a living hell..& u can choose the best hard way to be a live-it-up in a nice sense..if we talk about how to do each of those ways , we'll spend the whole day talking...cheers
