I mean is it actually GOOD for you, and not just better than regular soda? Recently I've been drinking (well, I've only drank three cans of the stuff because I couldn't find the original juice, so the wegmans guy pointed out the soda instead) Santa Cruz Organic (rasberry lemonade) soda. Nutrition facts are as follows (standard 12 fl oz can): Calories: 120 Total Fat: 0g Sodium: 0g Total Carbs: 29g Sugar: 28g. Now the main thing I'm concerned about is the sugar. Because the ingredients don't say that any extra sugar was added to the soda, would this mean that the sugar in the soda is good because it's natural? (Ingredients: Sparkling Filtered Water, Organic Evaporated cane juice

Well, it's better than diet soda, which is bad for you because it makes you crave sugar. You're better off with real sugar, if you're going to have any at all, but your best bet would probably be natural fruit juice anyway.

I think it is better then drinking soda but really I think just plain water is better for you. There is still lots of carbs and sugar in it in my opinion.
