What is your method to relieve yourself ?

I have a headache all the time. When I was junior, I studyed very diligantly. From books to testbooks, I nearly recited. I had to study for a long time without resting. At last, I got neurasthenia and never slept at night. Once I heard a little noise, I will be worried a lot. I became more and more eccentric. I never paid attention to it. At last, I got OCD. It is a cancer in spirit. I could not endure so that I nearly breakdown and suicided. Now I have worked as a salesman. It is a good job. So I will never give up. I must adjust my mood to make a progress everyday. I must realise that I take resposibility to myself. Keeping a good mood step by step, the pain will be chased away from my brain. I will be recovered. So I want to find a way to release myself. I think keeping a good breath is a good method. When you inhale the air, you image absording the energy from sun. When you exhale the air, you image removing the dirty and disease from body. Can you tell me the best way to relieve? Can you tell me the methods to treat OCD?
