quasar tv/vcr

We are not able to get a picture on our tv. on the remote we can not find a menu button to push "catv"

I had a Quaser TVv once..as wthe worst TV I ever owned..got stuck in "zoom" mose so we never got to see the whole picture...and no one could fix it.... I say dump it and get something else...
