hi donsky...there is a time for being there. and there is a time when you've been used up and must not allow it anymore. it is sad but there are some people that you cannot allow to drain you. they are not really your friend. and you're not helping them if you allow them to continue bad behavior against you.

in the experiences i've had there was some mental illness involved. and there's more people around that are mentally ill at different levels than we realize. some of them you just can't live with. some do enjoy giving you a hard time and being mean and using you always. there are some who don't realize it.

When I find a friend cheating or lying to me I call it quits. There is no friendship withiut trust.

Hey there! Well, it really differ a lot from person to person. But as for me, I really don't like it when someone invades my personal space like when I'm having fun in my own time and they're interrupting. I do find time and give as much as I can if I have a friend who is really in need and I would even go out of my comfort zone at times. I would appreciate their company as well. But of course, I can only do so much and I can't give everything they ask for.

I think that the answer to that is different to everyone, but if you feel dread or uncomfortable when a friend is around, it's not worth it. You have to ask yourself, if you deserve to be treated better than that. It's a huge decision, so it's crucial to think it through really carefully.
