Water and your Nose

Do you have to plug your nose with your fingers or nose plugs when you dive or swim, or not?
I used to swim and not worry about water up my nose until I had an unforgettable and frightening experience and now I have to be concerned about it.

hey there rustinas1!I don't plug my nose with my fingers or plugs when I swim or dive.I'll just hold my breath ;p

Hi sugarfloss. I miss that myself, I used to be able to swim like that. I also had held my breath, but for some reason it just does'nt work for me.
