why is not my MSN be registered?

hello my friend on mylot.please help me.i have already registered MSN five times ,however failed finally.i use the internet on local interenet.please help me to resolve this matter.thank you.

hmm,maybe you should try on another pc. it works sometimes

i guess that it is confined in the unit.you may try it on in other pc.
