how many of you use anti glare screen

i have been using an anti glare screen since long, it reduces the impact of your monitor on your eyes, it is also good to stick on things

I was using Flat screen which has low effect on my eyes. I don't need any anti glare screen. Those who uses a CRT monitors without a flat screen requires anti-glare screen.

Yes, I use anti-glare screen always. Since I work on the computer so many hours each day, I need to have the anti-glare screen.

i am not using anti glare screen.i am using a lcd monitor and i heared that anti glare screen is not need for it.is it right that it is not needed in lcd screens?
